No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our merchandise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Please ensure that you review all descriptions, measurements, photos, and any provided condition reports carefully before making a purchase.
No Refunds
We maintain a strict no refund policy. Once a purchase has been completed—whether online, at a show, or in-store—no refunds will be issued, including but not limited to reasons of buyer's remorse, change of mind, or unverified expectations.
Condition and Authenticity
Every effort is made to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of the items we offer. However, due to the antique and often delicate nature of our inventory, some natural wear, patina, or minor imperfections should be expected and are considered part of the item's charm and authenticity. We strongly encourage buyers to ask questions or request additional images prior to purchasing.
Shipping and Damage Claims
​All items are packed with the utmost care. Should damage occur during shipping, buyers must initiate a claim with the carrier directly. Antiques & Porcelain By GK, Ltd. assumes no responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
