The base is made of brass and is adorned with plaques of victorian style women profiles and cherubs. The body of the lamp is vase shaped. One side is a romantic scene and the other side is a floral motif the detail and colors is beautiful. Both lamps work. 1 has been rewired and one has not. The color is intact and vibrant. Height 31 1/2'', width 9''. great addition to any room or great as a house warming or wedding gift.
