No. 737418" towards the top of the lighter and on the bottom of the lighter there are markings that read "Plastic And Styling By Joseph Lucas LTD Birmingham England. The front and back are decorated with a lion on a blue backdrop encased in a stron perspex plastic. This beautiful lighter is extremely rare and will make an amazing addition to any collection.
